Brandmatic Page terms

Version 2026-10-20

These terms cover the free one-page websites you create with Brandmatic Page (pages at brandmatic.ai/p/…). They're written in plain English. By creating a page you agree to them. How we handle the information you give us is explained on our privacy page.

You're responsible for your page

• You must own the business on the page, or have its permission to create the page.
• Everything on the page (text, prices, hours, links, logo and photos) is yours, and you are responsible for it being accurate and lawful.
• Only upload photos and logos you own or have the right to use.
• Keep your details current. If your business closes or moves, update or delete the page.

What isn't allowed

Don't use a Brandmatic page for any of the following:

• Scams or fraud, including fake giveaways, "double your money" offers, crypto or investment schemes, and requests for payment by gift card or wire transfer.
• Phishing, or asking visitors for passwords, card details, seed phrases or other sensitive information.
• Illegal goods or services, including drugs, weapons, counterfeit goods and anything else that's illegal where you or your customers are.
• Adult or sexual content or services.
• Impersonation: pretending to be another business or person, or using someone else's name, logo or photos without permission.
• Misleading claims: fake reviews, made-up credentials or licences, or promises you can't back up.
• Hate, harassment, threats or other abusive content.
• Links to malware, link shorteners that hide where a link goes, or sites that break these rules.
• Spam, such as pages made only to push links or search rankings.

We may hold or remove pages

• We automatically screen new pages and edits. Some pages are held for a person to review before they go live. Some legitimate businesses get held too, and we approve them as quickly as we can.
• We may hold, unpublish, remove or refuse any page that we believe breaks these terms, gets credible reports, or puts visitors at risk. We may do this without notice.
• Anyone can report a page with the "Report this page" link at the bottom of it, and we review every report.

The free service

• Brandmatic Page is free. A small "Made with Brandmatic" credit appears on each page.
• We provide the service as it is. We work to keep pages online and fast, but we can't promise any particular uptime, search ranking or number of customers.
• We may change or discontinue the free service. If we discontinue it, we'll try to give owners notice by email first.
• We may update these terms. The version date is at the top of this page, and we'll email page owners about significant changes.

Deleting your page

Open the edit link from your email and choose "Delete my page". The page goes offline right away and is removed from our database. Lost your link? Request a new one at brandmatic.ai/page/manage.
