This page explains, in plain English, what Brandmatic (a Viselio brand) stores when you use brandmatic.ai and what you can do about it. We don't sell your information.

Free audit and contact form

When you request an audit or send us a message, we store what you type (such as your website address, name, email and message) so we can run the audit, send you the results and reply to you.

Brandmatic Page (free one-page websites)

When you create a page, we store:

• The page content you enter: business name, category, tagline, address or service area, phone number, services and prices, opening hours, booking and review links, template and colour.
• Your email address. We use it to confirm the page is yours and to send your private edit links. It isn't shown on your page unless you tick "Show my email on the page".
• Uploads: your logo and photos. They are public once your page is published.
• Security records: a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address, which changes daily and is used for rate limits and abuse prevention. We also keep a hash of each edit link, never the link itself, the date you agreed to the page terms, and any moderation notes.
• A sign-in cookie. When you open your edit link, we set one cookie that keeps you signed in to the editor for up to 7 days. Published pages don't set tracking cookies, and Brandmatic's chat assistant isn't loaded on them.

Published pages are public, and search engines may index them. Anything you put on a page, visitors can see.

If someone reports a page, we store the reason and details they give, plus a hashed IP address. We don't share reports with the page owner. If you join the Pro waitlist, we store your email so we can tell you when Pro is available.

Deleting your page and data

• Open the edit link from your email and choose "Delete my page". The page, its content, your email and your uploaded photos are deleted. Reports other people made about the page are kept for abuse prevention.
• Lost your link? Request a new one at brandmatic.ai/page/manage.
• For anything else, such as deleting audit or contact-form data, use the contact form.

Who processes your data

We use trusted providers for hosting, our database and file storage, and email delivery. They process data only so we can run the service. We don't use your page content to advertise to you.
